If you Must cancel your appointment for a non-emergency reason please cancel before 72 hours. Cancellation within 72 hours will result in a $20 rescheduling fee that does not go towards your next service total. Cancellation within 48 hours will result in a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a rescheduling fee of up to 75% of your scheduled service. Repeat cancellations may result in a non refundable deposit being required to book

No Call/No Shows will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. A 100% deposit will be required to book again. Repeat offenders will not be welcome back.

Please arrive on time to your appointments, if you arrive 15 minutes late or more your service will need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee of up to 75% will be required for the missed appointment.

No young children are allowed in the salon at this time. And extra guests are not recommended, we have a front waiting area outside of the salon but we do not have extra seating within the salon. Your service is your time relax. Your hands will not available, and there are many chemicals and hazards present, along with expensive equipment that can be damaged or cause injury if mishandled.

Please put your phone away or to the side during your service. Movement can affect my ability to give you a flawless set of nails, and touching outside objects and affect the prep and also create a situation where outside objects become stuck to the nail. Hands should be in the light or on the hand rest at all times.

If you are not feeling well, have a cough, if you are sneezing, have a fever, etc. or been around someone who has in the last few days, please reschedule your appointment. There is no penalty for having to cancel for the above reasons. If you arrive at your appointment visibly ill you will be asked to leave and reschedule.
